Just downloaded the golf club on Ps4 and literally it's Linley when you see all these Americans/Canadians etc are all friends and creating clubhouses. Anyone on here that has downloaded it and have a club house I could also join as I am friendless on that game. Jesus how sad do I sound haha

I've got it but only played it a few times ..... I couldn't really get into it for some reason.
I was the same. Had been really looking forward to it but as nice and everything as it it to play the lack of a career mode really lets it down

I get what you lads mean. I've joined a couple of forums and they have been creating there own tours and tournaments which makes it feel like your doing career mode but it's better...it's online.

Hoe does this work then?
You play a 6 round Q-School tournament and your resultant score places you into a tour which you should be competitive at. I joined in November last year and was placed into the CC-B tour, I've since moved up 2 levels to the web.com tour.

It is all set up to mirror the real life tours as much as possible, and you play 4 tournament rounds per week, plus as many or as few other competitions as you wish.

19+ on the 1st round of Q-School

That's a great start

I would expect the Q-School courses to be set fast and firm. Here's a tip for you, play for par, don't go hunting the pins and the ball runs forever on those greens, so play it short and allow for the roll out. Use the slopes on the greens to your advantage

This q school course is hard
I did worse on the 2nd round  was getting on the green OK but then the greens were too fast and 9 times out of 10 my ball was rolling back to where it started
Putting is my weakness like

Putting is definitely the most difficult part of the game. Q-School is also deliberately difficult, but if you play well, you soon move up the ranks.

There's some great tips in this thread http://tgctours.proboards.com/thread/963/tgct-tricks-approach-chipping-putting

Most important is moving the yellow mark to ensure you're putting the correct power/distance.
