The adoration of Benitez has gone far beyond stupid. So far, all he managed to do was get them relegated by under performing in their crucial 6 pointers. His CV is canny, but what he achieved at Liverpool came at a cost that nearly bankrupted the club. Worship managers who have achieved something, but not someone who might still fail in a tough physical league where it is often more about grinding out results than using flair and excitement.

The thing is, they're building up a lot of pressure on Raffa...if they stumble out of the blocks, this could get ugly fast. They've put this guy up so high, there's no way they can start giving him shit if it doesn't go exactly as they have it in their heads...if I was a phone box or trash bin, I would be really nervous for these first few games for NUFC!
