Are promoted teams now not going to bother strengthening as relegation appears to be the best thing that can happen, the race for the bottom is the new champions league

I am absolutely fuming the article below goes on to invite readers to vote on whether the bookies are correct in saying that we will not be relegated from the Premiership next season. Most of the voters say we will not be relegated. What a bunch of barstewards they clearly don't want us in the Championship!

The really worrying thing is that these articles are coming thick and fast with a frequency and level of delusion that suggests a few of things to me 1) it's a competition to see who can out do each other in terms of positive spin, 2) they are all still in denial as to the seriousness of their situation 3) the powers that be are worried about the level of reaction when the mass of the unwashed finally comprehend what's happening.

... or quite likely 4) the jordi nashun (including journalists) share one brain cell amongst the lot of them and it has finally worn out

They wont realise until they play their first home fixture.

Mike Ashley must literally be pissing his Lonsdale pants.

They suffer Armageddon and the daft fuckers are queuing up for more.

They are such European giants, they have only played in the second tier during the 1930's, 1940's, 1960's, 1970's, 1980's, 1990's, 2000's & 2010's. It's amazing such a massive club has got relegated when you think about it.
I would imagine "Relegation Winners" is illustrated on the honours board somewhere between Division 1 Champions and FA Cup Winners.
