We play one central striker, Kane is the better player. Vardy is good at what he does and will probably make it into the squad but there's no way that he should be a guaranteed starter for England. If we're talking goalscoring form he's been poor second half of the season and iirc has scored less than Rooney, and certainly loads less than Kane. Then there's the question of whether he really suits the England style of play, that's a call for hodgson obviously but I don't think he can complain at all if he's a sub in the summer
