In much the same way they would have been appraised of the Bramble, Cattermole, Bendtner and Sessegon incidents. She's the first one there as soon as we have someone arrested. This latest statement changes nothing. It's raised the level of hysteria somewhat mind.

The problems remains the same, there are far too many imponderables and unknowns to make any meaningful judgement.

To some extent it's always pointless speculating what sentence a judge will give because if you have one who thinks that the fact he's a premier league footballer and he only pleaded at the last second to the two, and showed contempt in court etc. then maybe yes, 5 years. Equally, you get a judge who takes the age/ non sex as more salient and maybe you're talking 2 1/2 - and since none of us know what type of sentencer the judge is like who knows.

All I'd say is looking at similar sentences it would be pretty unusual for it to be more than 4 years, imo.

One of the offences is classed as category 1. It has a 5 years starting point on it. Grooming has an 18 months starting point.

Do you think the same when some middle class twat gets talking to a '15 year old' online and gets busted by someone like Dark Justice or Old Bill pretending to be a girl, and do you post on their Facebook page or on the internet saying that they aren't technically a 'Paedo'? Why do press semantics, and that fact he plays for SAFC matter, the guy's been a twat and abused his position to get his kicks. End of.

In that case she should be sacked because he was only under suspicion at that time.

She told the club what he was accused of nothing more, don't even need to read the link.
