Stunned, speechless, really don't know what to say about it all at the moment. Been on the lash tonight, and it sure felt good after reflecting on todays events.
The Leicester fan in me tells me that heartbreak will prevail, but still I dream the impossible. West Ham losing to the Saints means that the Europa league is almost guaranteed for us, that in itself would have been laughable at the start of the season.
In over 130 years of Leicester's history, there as not been anything like this as far as I know.
There maybe a number of haters here, but I hope this will give other medium size clubs the belief that the cartel is breakable. The premier league would be so much better if the giants had there pants pulled down on a more regular basis.
I have monitored a few forums this season, and nothing grates more than the patronising arrogant attitudes from a large number of fans of the big clubs. Its like we are just an irritation and have no right to challenge their domination.
Anyway, we battle on and continue to dream the dream.
Well done on the good comeback by your team today. Its a tough battle for you lot, but you have to be encouraged by the good effort against Man City, and then showing some fight against the reds today. As we found out last season, you need 1 good win, and then things can change.

Best of luck mate. I'd love to see sunderland challenging at the top of the table. If we can't, well, at least let it be another club that are "unfashionable" and that don't have loads of tourists filling their ground. Keep it up and win the bastard just to show that no matter how much money is in the game, we all have a chance

They won't strugle because they f***ing mint they will be safe by November by February they will have an unassailable lead at the top watch this space Chelsea they after your title they will be uvailing there limited edition champions league shirt this time next year ohh how I wish I was a fox the spoilt bastards

This is absolutely brilliant, he's almost nailed it exactly.

Good to see @safcman73 can have a laugh at himself too.

If Leicester **** hadn't spouted his mouth off I would have been rooting for them.

He's doesn't even support them FFS
I've got the wanker on ignore and I feel much more positive towards Leicester now. I think most fans outside of the top 4 want them to win it, they give the likes of us hope.

I've said for a while I hope you do it and really looking at the table now there's no reason why you won't. I was quoted as saying on here that a defence with Huth, Morgan and Simpson in it could not win the title, I might have to eat my words. Hope I do.

Best thing thats happened since the bank of Premier League was set up hopefully they do it. Good luck Leicester hopefully us beating you in the up coming fixture wont matter ;)

Good post . Very humble . Good luck I for one hope you win it .

This thread shows that big club arrogance is not reserved for big clubs at the other end of the table. It is also probably a great indicator of how utterly moribund the Premiership has become, that football supporters did not consider it possible that a side could go from the relegation zone to title challengers within a close season. There was a time when coming in to every season you really had no idea what the table would look like at the end of the season. There was a time when finishing outside of the top four was not a reason to sack a manager. But football has become a horrible branded product, with clubs expected to fit into certain slots. You hear the same old cliches, the same old big club coming to collect the points of the supposedly little club nonsense. It is the same with players. As soon as Southampton bucked the trend and had a few decent player, others swooped in and took them all. I actually this thing all started with Southampton, when the outstanding squad they had in the 90's was sold off, with the exception of Le-Tissier. That team should have been a title challenger and it should have won the league. As soon as they were broken up any hope of teams winning funded by the fruits of their labour ended.

I hate football as it is today, I really despise it. This why I now generally only catch Sunderland's matches from my armchair and nothing else. And that is not always and enjoyable pastime at the best of times.

Superb mate. You have my full support and you are my second team for this season, not because of the glory in seeing you win, but the implications of you winning the title gives hope to fans of teams like ours. If Leicester win the title this season it will be the best thing that has happened to the Premier League since its inception... oh, er... or maybe since the mags got relegated a few years back :D

Good luck from Mux.

No one in their right mind would think the amount of money spent by Leicester on their squad could possibly challenge not only that it may never happen again for decades when the next round of cash comes in. I really hope they do it and Spurs come second so it pushes out of the champions league spots one of the rich clubs. I hope West Ham or Everton take 4th as well.

I almost put big money on an accy of Leicester, Bournmouth, Watford to go down and Chelsea winning the league with Man utd, City and Arsenal rounding off the top 4. I thought this was gonna be the most deadset season in recent memory. It was gonna pay my way round france for the Euros.

Thank fuck I was too lazy to make that trip to the bookies that day.

It'll be a shitter if they blew it and a crap Man City side limp to the title. I remember Real Socieded losing out to Real Madrid in similar fashion in La Liga a few years ago. Hope Leicester keep their nerve.

By we have some arrogant fans. Seems to be the same ones everytime as well

It's why I bumped the thread mate. He came on here and posted in the summer and just got attacked by our local idiots for daring to have an opinion that they'd do well this season.

It's a brilliant story that's happened in the midst of a few of the big clubs needing to go through rebuilds because they've spent poorly and let squads age but that's their fault.

The "Leicesterlona" crack was embarrassing from a few on here and some took a serious dislike to them for no reason at all bar disagreeing with ONE of their fans! Amazing.

Always happens, anyone has an opinion is a mag, anyone who gives ITK info is RAOS instantly, seems to be the same people everytime. I'm happy for leicester, too many on here are bitter and are quick to make their mouth go. Glad he's had the last laugh. Watch us get called mags

People do realise mind this will just result in top teams spending even more obscene amounts of money around next year.

Still, at least Ellis got his FFP through eh.
