Bigger club than Liecester City....Says Charlie Nicholas on sky today, don't agree meself not knocking villa with there European history and that but wouldn't say they were bigger
I'm glad someone got itI can't answer that.
Cos they made more noise than us today. Why did he say that?
Henderson?! ... what a knob you are.Actually, you have highlighted a good point.
Swansea will never sign one of our players unless we don't want him (see the **** we had off Spurs whose name escapes me)
They may well want to sign one of your players, if you ever produce one good enough but lets be real-That's hardly likely is it?
Translate this "FUCK OFF"Anyone care to translate this for me?
Thanks in advance
Exactly. If Villa were that much bigger it would scarcely be worth mentioning. Why did he say that?
They have a better recent history
We have more fans
We have a better recent history
Because We have more points
Aye. Proper old club and European cup winners. This whole 'big club' thing is pretty meaninglessRecent woes aside, Villa is one of the greatest clubs in the history of football. Every claret and blue team (not exactly a common combo) adopted their colours to hope to emulate Villa success. They've played in every year of the PL so if they go down this year it's a major milestone in the history of the PL. (Sunderland fan who remembers 1981).
Therein lies the problem with you deluded fuckers
Of course we're a bigger club than you are.
You've never done anything in this league, you yo-yo up & down and when you get a decent striker, we waltz in and take him off your hands
A lot of people on here need to wake up & smell the coffee
By that token Leicester are a bigger club than Man Utd?You are as "big" as where you are in the here and now, history counts for Jack Shit in the modern day game.......on that basis Villa are the smallest club in the league
Villa averaged 42k in 2013? That's bollocks like.Just for the curious... here's the average attendances since 2000.
Man City were getting more than Villa when City were in Division 1.
I will add earlier years when I get chance... but the last 15 years is a reasonable approximation of 'now' I'd say. I'm sure the Villa fan will be hoping that going further back in time will help him. I'm afraid to say, it won't. It's purely to illustrate to him that his perception vs reality are somewhat apart.
