i always stay to the end but i can understand the frustrations of those who leave, mind they werent leaving at half time as MOTD has edited it to look, it looks to me like the usual half time pint exodus, people were leaving when the third went in but as i say i understand why, every summer we get the same trundled out promises of investment, the same promises everything will change and the playing staff will be made to perform, yet two games into the season we have conceded 7 goals and our only spark is a 21 year old kid with nothing to lose whos highest level of playing experience is the SPL.

We have had 5 managers who have been hamstrung by ownership who refuse to invest significantly, uses wages and FFP as excuses why we cant get players in, yet we are lumbered with the same ageing plodders who have seen the club as a retirement nest egg and refuse to put even a modicum of effort to earn their wages, we have a team littered with triers like Larsson who will give you 100% but are not good enough ability wise and should be nowhere near the squad should the management wish to push the club forward, id like to say we are no further forward to last seasons failings but we are really no further forward than we were 9 seasons ago when we came up, an average team filled with limited triers and ageing players who couldnt give a toss, theres no exciting players or someone you can rely on to change a game.

If this were a first time id be looking at the manager but this 5 managers the players have failed to perform for which indicates to me the problem doesn't lie within the tactics, management or the coaching, it lays with the players themselves, the likes of O'Shea, Larsson, Brown, Cattermole and Fletcher have seen 5 different managers with 5 differing footballing outlooks and tactics, which tells me they are either extremely shit and cant play unless you are accommodating their strengths or they are part of a group of players that have too much control over what happens within the club.

Im only trying to offer a little insight that MOTD wont show, they dont care about 9 years of broken promises, 9 seasons of failed investment, a feeling of resignation and apathy seeping through our fanbase due to watching the same struggle year after year, the sense of stagnation and inevitable demise much like Wigan with shit investment into the club and poor outlay when money is actually spent, its watching historically average teams like West Brom, Stoke and Swansea be promoted and overtake us in terms of spending and investment and on the pitch.
All MOTD care about is presenting a highlight show with 'experts' like Alan Shearer offering amazing insight into why clubs are struggling or doing well, its about showcasing a spunk festival for the armchair fan so i really couldnt give a toss what they think of the paying fan, much the same as they do, to me MOTD and its analysis is part of the reason football is dying on its arse.

Our fans i think are resigned to our relegation, we have been coasting along hoping for three worse teams than us to pop up from the championship and this year i think is the point in time we will finally drop, you have Championship clubs looking to break the bank to get to the Premier League for the increased TV money but we are in a position most teams in the championship would be envious of and our owner refuses to spend the money to ensure he pockets the windfall.

We are apathetic after seasons of humiliating defeats, no investment and average plodders infesting the club leading us further down toward relegation, the fans can see it because we have been down the same path before but the owner seemingly cant see it.
Nevermind, it'll be the Football League show next year showcasing our games so there wont be this obsession on here with us being on MOTD last.
Bravo, gen.

Down my local, always has the football on.

And I don't care what you have been like the last 4 years, you support your club regardless how shit you are, that was shocking, how can you defend that.
Listen Nob Head. The difference between us and your tin pot fans is that after the drivel we've been subject to for years we still turn up in huge numbers to choose to walk out of the ground.
In your case your crowds would have dropped to their usual 14 or 15 thousand you would already have voted with your feet.

@Blue Fox keep in mind, we've been shocking at home for four years and this is the 5th time in twelve months we've been not just been beaten but humiliated. I also understand that your club is currently riding a wave of good fortune at the moment so it's easy to criticise others and it's difficult to be negative about your own club. If you have watched these numerous relegations then I expect you to know better. The same press who are building you up now will sharply knock you down the second they sense a smidgen of discontent in the club. They do that with everyone and, if anything, it actually proves just how great our supporters actually are for the fact that all the media and other fans can really say about us is 'oh look, they're leaving early'. The reason that it's made such a big deal of in the first place is because historically our support is held in such high regard, whereas if that happened at Leicester (and it would) nobody would really care. You'll always have your clappers though

In the pub last night watching MOTD,everybody was pissing themselves watching you lot leaving in their droves.

One lad said they think they have the best supporters in the country, you're having a laugh, who needs fans like that.

I have to agree it looked shocking.
Who were you touching at the time

Really so those empty seats were called clever editing, heard it all now
My seat was not empty at full time. Your team is top of the league and yet the best you have to do is go to the bottom sides forum and have a go at their supporters. It strikes me that you must be a f***ing horrible snidy little c_unt.

Jesus wept a LEICESTER supporter coming on here giving fans of the Bank of England club grief.

Who do you think you are? You aren't Barcelona mate, you're f***ing Leicester, a tin pot shite little club who no one gives a rats about. Even if we are in the media spot light for negative reasons at least we make it into the spot light on occasion, you on the other hand are an irrelevance. You've never amounted to anything in football history and you never will, no league titles and no FA Cups, not one.

We could get relegated to League 2 and still be a far bigger club than shitty Leicester.

I bet when the ground emptied yesterday there were still more Sunderland fans in the ground than Leicester's all time average high attendance.

I love it when fans of tin pot sides come on here to hand out grief when the going is good, we have seen Boro, Bolton and Reading fans do it over the years. They don't come on here now, you'll be the same soon enough you cowardly prick, now fuck off and stick your clackers up your arse.

I don't care if this was a bite. Leicester for goodness sake.

Just thinking, has anyone really watched another team on match of the day (in the pub with all your mates..) then decided to go on that teams message board and comment on it, all the time thinking your opinion will be of any interest?
I get mags having a pop on here, even the Boro, but who the fuck are Leicester???

Like when yous were in the championship and league one empty seats galore from the off?

Your mother didn't let you leave the house, take you and your single pupe and fuck off.

I might sit in the pub and have a wry chuckle if LCFC ever need to borrow cash from Emile Heskey to avoid going bust again.

Short memories.

How you lot can still defend that exodus is unreal.

I wonder how your players feel knowing there own supporters are against them.

Them players are now playing in fear, and that will be the norm unless you change your attitude.

Probably the most important season ever and you are doing your damn best to get the team relegated

Seriously you have made it all up, you clearly could never have any friends and noone at all would be in the pub with you, infact we mays well go so far as to say, they were laughing at you, shame that

I don't think anyone gives a fuck how the players feel tbh, they're a spineless set of bastards.

Always find it funny when fans of shit clubs knock our fans when our attendances are not far off City, Chelsea, Liverpool and before the new stadium Arsenal.
