Because mag journalists on twitter and the Mags "preferred media partner" The Mirror said so, and of course both are bound to be impeccable, trustworthy and unbiased sources of news aren't they?

Yet the fact that BOTH are being contradicted by PSV doesn't stop people on here treating their propaganda as "truth" and panning SAFC for it.

FFS his agent is trying to stir up interest to get someone from the Premiership to bid for him.

We will have to pursue Jordy Classie if he is unavailable, he is another quality playmaker but Southampton and Man Utd are linked. It doesn't matter who it is top quality players cost money and if you don't give them it they have bettter options and I'm sure Newcastle realise this if the story is true.

I dont believe everything the press come out with as they are only interested in selling papers ,what I am saying we have to sign quality as Advocaat has clearly stated.No more players from relegated teams thats why they were relegated because they are not premiership players.The likes of Lens,Sow Propper & Claise are & thats where have to set our sights at.
 
Sky saying PSV has received no contact for the player other than from zenit. More typical mag journo wind up because of their lack of signings. The only signing they might be close to making is some forward "new #9 messiah" from Northampton. Says his agent is pushing a move to england but he has always said he wants to leave for champs league. Neither of us can provide that. I'll take this with a pinch of salt that he's coning to the north east. But if he was I'd like to think dick has the edge over schteeeve. Roma also apparently linked to him
