Calvin was 33 when moved to coast league so as good as he still was he would admit himself his best days were probably behind him. When in his pomp he played for one of the best sides in North East cricket at that time (Crook). This was before the introduction of the premier league so it's probably a little unfair to suggest he enjoyed being a big fish mind.
As for his mate

It was him who went to CLS for couple of years and also played about 3 seasons in senior league as well so I'm sure he'd take exception to that big fish comment as well.

In fairness he couldn't tie callys boot laces but he wouldn't tell him that!
