Need to be on the Xbox One Developer Preview though, just need an invite to get in. Set the store to Hong Kong. Exchange rate equates to £22, but likely your credit/debit card company will charge a fee for it. Usually a couple of quid at most.
Still makes it significantly cheaper than anywhere else.
£30-£40 would have been the right price to launch it at. Anything more is just eye gouging at its finest. The original game is ancient, regardless of the patches since.
