He meant the way he plays his shots, bell stroke making is beautiful seemingly never plays ugly shots.

Clearly not though, and nobody was saying this last week.

Pretty similar to England in many ways, best couple of batters and spinner have gone in the last 12 months and they're are trying out a few new 'uns. We have two decent strike bowlers, they only have one (and he's not playing here).

We will win this series in these conditions. We had some bad days last the office last week..it happens. Neither team are the best side in the world but we should triumph in this series. I would prefer a test in the true sense of the word, but I suppose you can only beat whats in front of you.

I get what youre saying. However, you could argue we definitely had two tests against Sri Lanka (given both came down the final ball) but Id argue Sri Lanka arent particularly good either.... All we need is for the Aussies and Saffers to get a bit shitter and most series should be competitive.

:confused: australia or south africa would destroy us. give how close the series against india so far and the SL series you could say how much more of a true test o you want?
