I'm not sure it's been said already as I'm not keeping up with all that posts in this thread but there seems to be this bit of info floating about liverpool sites;

* Borini has been given time to find a better club than Sunderland for the agreed fee. Failing that the deal will go through.

I agree that he puts in a shift and ran more than anyone else on the squad last year. He was trying to prove to Rodgers that he can work hard because his heart is in Liverpool. He may not run as hard without that carrot being dangled in front of him. And my percentage was high. Should have said something more like 80 percent. But he never consistently threatened goal like a player of his valuation and position should. And being the biggest goal threat for Sunderland last year is akin to being the tallest dwarf.
