Gus is supposed to be talking to representatives today apparently so we should know by tomorrow how things went 1 way or the other. I don't think he wants to come, if he did he could of easily stayed and negotiated terms then signed but he is keeping his options open for a bigger club and you can't wait around forever. It wouldn't bother be if he didn't sign, he isn't showing "his piece of his heart" he declared for us when he was here.
 

Question is now where do we go from here? Who else is available

He is worth it tho if he played a full season he would of got at least 15 goals from the wing unfourtunatly it's just the going rate no risk involved he's tried and tested it's a sound investment

How long do we give Borini though ? ....i hope SAFC do come out with a statement in the next week or so, i take it, borini's agent will be holding out for another club ?

His agent has come out and say he won't be coming we should be moving on, already behind a lot of teams I terms of becoming stronger and Incomings

Thats where Congerton has to be strong imo, give him time to close the deal but also make it clear we won't hang around too long. Interesting to see how it progresses over next few days

Agent is doing his job imo, just trying to get best deal from us and Liverpool
