Nice night at Hylton. Teachers had a proper plod on vs durham uni staff 68-9 off 20. Posh academics knocked it off in 14. Very damp pitch and outfield
 
Over 300 runs scored tonight at Eppleton... Whitburn 156 beat Eppleton 146 by 10 runs star performers were Walker 61 for Whitburn and Davis 68 no for Eppleton... A credit to everyone involved and the sun shone
 
It'd be a bit bizarre.

However.

Wearmouth 1st team captain leaves to go Rainton 1sts as captain and Wearmouth improve and Rainton struggle.

I would still expect Rainton 1sts to be in top 4 of the league,

And there 2nds will be top 2,

I wasn't at our 2nds game but I think it might have just been a bad day at the office for them, and we bowled very well, and took some decent catches from what I've been told.

There 1sts have some good players.

Undoubtedly, hopefully they will recover. Would be nice to see a tight table for once rather than one/two running away with things.
 
Eppleton beat Seaham harbour by 42 runs. Eppleton 144 for 3 Kyle Davis 82 no Seaham 102 for 6.... Great knock from Davis and watched by England's Scott Borthwick...
 
Ryhope Sunday 3rds beat Washington Sunday 3rds tonight by 140 runs.
