He's going to wait until after his honeymoon to make a decision, according to The Journal.

The club cant have it both ways, if they wanted Jack they should have tied him up with a contract that suited Jack way before now. Now he may well slip through the clubs fingers for nowt. All the clubs making imo.
Waiting to see what league the club would be in is sensible but you can pay a price for that and it looks like they could well pay that price not just with Jack but Seb too!

fancy letting it get to the point where one of ya more consistant players can go for free. di fanti could have sorted this ages ago but fucked about offering peanuts in wages. our club is a f***ing joke when it comes to transfer dealings.

off on honeymoon...nowt will happen until next month....blow the link up to read the bit at the bottom...

This isn't the Cabaye thread mate :-?

If he is delaying till after his honeymoon it means he is delaying to see if another club offers him more money, simple as that.
If none of our rivals are willing to offer him more than 20k a week with no signing on fee then I don't want him! :D

its like pin the tail on the donkey this. everyday another thread pops up. wish everyone would stop trying to sound itk.

If he is simply wanting a rise to bring him in line with the likes of larsson then it should be a done deal ffs.

Not really. I think most people would agree (including myself) that the likes of Larsson, Gardner and co were overpaid in the first place, so why would we over pay Colback?

To avoid losing him for fuck all? 20k a week is peanuts, especially when its for a player who is one of best midfielders and can also do a job in two other positions (which isnt to be sniffed at when you see how weak our squad is).

Even if we're paying Larsson too much?

If its 20k then it isnt too much in the grand scale of things.

Fuck him if he wants too much money. He isnt that good to be demanding wages we dont want to pay him.
