Richardson and Stoneman aside, it's been another shocking batting display. That's been the case all to often this season. Scores from individuals have largely masked a poor team performance. This is another innings with the bat that has flattered to deceive. We may still win this one but it must be noted that our start to the season is a worry.

Time will tell, but I personally don't see it. Just looking at the sides on paper in this game shows how weak Durham's side is, and Somerset are not the best team around. They've decided/been forced to build a side on the cheap with youth players, and it will catch up with us quickly; particularly if the likes of Colly/Mustard don't have good seasons.

Yes but there has been a lot of positives to be fair, Stoneman and Richardson bang in form, confident we will start to bowl teams out cheaply soon enough.

Chops is right. Rocky has had two decent Championship knocks, but nothing else of note. You're right about Richo though.

Rushworth should've batted at 3/4 He's now third top scorer on 18*

alright but he can get a score though, unlike some of the others. We knew we were a batter short before the summer though
