Flower sacked?

Seems odd timing
Very odd timing. Sort of a shame really. Aside from this catastrophe 0f a tour, he's done a pretty good job overall. I thought they'd have taken abit more time for the dust to settle. Who will replace him?

Would quite like to see someone replace him who will encourage an attacking and aggressive brand of cricket. While the attritional stuff has been largely effective throughout Flower's time (and for that you cant complain too much) it hasnt been great to watch at times. Especially as the Vaughan era still isnt too much of a distant memory

Big question. I think I'd have kept him personally. It's the players who have under-performed. Whether Cook's negative captaincy has been influenced by Flower we'll never know.[DOUBLEPOST=1391172189][/DOUBLEPOST]

This is very true. It has been Martin O'Neill cricket

Good i think it's the right time for a change as it had gone pretty stale and we were getting too one dimensional. He's done a good job overall so he can still leave having made a difference.

Giles must be the most un-interesting person in the England coaching set up at present. I'd rather have a large lump of concrete in charge.

Peter Moores for me with Paul Collingwood alongside him as assistant coach.[DOUBLEPOST=1391185311][/DOUBLEPOST]
