Starting month 2 tonight when I get in from graft... Looking forward to it, but fearful at the same time!

Bring it on!

I have a knee injury i was thinking about getting sorted out (BUPA healthcare y'kna ;))......... is it worth even bothering to try this for a few weeks or should i download it, get my knee sorted, then have a reet good whack at it afterwards?

Jokes aside - I have a f**ked knee too and I can manage it...

It's hard going mind, but great stuff...

Get it down for free and give it a go...

Good luck m8...[DOUBLEPOST=1383606406][/DOUBLEPOST]Day36 done... Jesus it was tough!

Week 3 done. Feeling good. Vast improvement from day 1 to now. Running marathons and doing Ironman's next year should be a lot easier once I get this 60 days out of the way :)

Shaun is a reet bellend with his squats like. Started ploymetric cardio circuit for about the 5th time due to personal issues the last month. Fookin sweating.

Starting to really notice a difference in my shape now (45 days in). I've missed four workouts but will do them once I get to the end. I haven't stuck to the diet plan at all (but do eat resonably well apart from a cheat day on a Saturday) and have had around 5 all dayers on the drink since I started.

I've only lost about a pound on the scales, but I'm so much more toned and my waist is noticeably smaller. I also have very little fat left on my legs and when I'm stretching I can feel the muscle that I've now got in my quads and glutes from the plyo stuff.

With only two and a half weeks left I'm going to cut the drink out completely and eat better to see if there's even more of an improvement. The month two workouts seem like hell but the extra 15 minutes fly past.

Seriously lads, if you're thinking about doing this just get the video on and press play. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Can't believe it's over 3 months since I made the above post :O

Well, I finished it and was feeling great but since the summer I have started to ''winter'' quite well :)lol:) and put a lot of weight back on. Someone said to me on Saturday that I was developing a canny belly again so that evening I said to myself I would get back on Insanity and lose a bit weight again rather than telling myself I would do it in the new year.

Three sessions in and it's bringing back painful memories from when I started in June  I woke up this morning after the Plyometric Cardio Circuit last night and I was moving like a crab down the stairs  The first month workouts do feel quite short in comparison to the first time I did it though, probably because I know what's coming up and what to expect.

I'm hoping to be in good shape again come the end of January, but it will be a big test over the Christmas and new year period.
