100% agree. He lifts everyone around him.
He's a very good footballer. He's a good leader too, players look up to him for the right reasons.
He takes responsibility and encourages others.
Seeing him string a few games together makes you realise what we've been missing.
 
Head and shoulders above any other player in our team.

However he'll never ever ever be considered for england as long as I have a hole in my arse.
 
He's been tremendous since he came into the team but we're going to have to use him sparingly over the Christmas period, not sure he can hack a game every 2-3 days, otherwise he might not make it to the end of the season.
