Supporting Scotch Teams

I'm just a one team tommy. Always find it amazing how these two teamers always seem to choose Celtic or Rangers. You can't beat a good bit of glory hunting can you:lol:

It's frustrating sometimes explaining to people that I didn't chose either. I've heard stories from both my grandads about Sunderland in '73 and Glasgow in '67 when Celtic won the European cup. If I hadn't supported both all my life, there's no way I would choose to support two

At least you have a Safc related avatar - which suggests to me that you lean more towards us

A predominately Green and White one would suggest something very different

think guys like lauder proves you can,he goes home and away with sunderland

He does when he wants he didnt go to morecambe could not get a lift
but managed to attend get to glasgow when we had a home game.

Christ you are dull, aren't you? Do you have no empathy at all? You don't support more than one team, so no-one else should either?

The fact that the lad is on a, wait for it, SUNDERLAND forum, would lead people to conclude that he in fact, supports Sunderland. He has explained his username (which isn't particularly a Celtic name) and the fact that the programme avatar shows both teams, but played at Celtic kind of explains the "more green". Jesus.

Exactly he just doesn't get it.

He's backed himself into a corner and has to see it out now. Be best just to walk away from the thread and accept he's mad a bit of a balls up imo.

Bollocks

Everything about him suggests a Celtic supporter who follows Sunderland as a second thought.

If I called myself Orange Lad and had a Rangers Program as my avatar I'm sure plenty of prople would form an opinion about that

And I'll say this for one last time
Your username and avatar scream out that you are first and foremost a Celtic supporter.
You take part in every single Celtic wankfest thread and every single Anti-Rangers thread on here yet rarely comment about Sunderland.

It appears blindingly obvious to anyone with a double figure IQ that you are a Celtic supporter who goes to Sunderland games because of your location.

I'm not enamoured with anyone who regards my beloved club as some sort of sloppy seconds

No it doesn't. Just because I have a photo of bobby Kerr lifting the cup as my avatar doesn't mean I took the photo. He's using a programme that has Sunderland on it against another team he may or may not have an affinity for.

Will the programme have a Sunderland player on it?

What does St.Joe have to do with Celtic? Why is he lying about which team he supports by the way? Is he ashamed do you think?

Spot on I don't think st joes lad has missed any SAFC home matche this season including league and fa cup games together with going to 5/6 away games.
I wonder how many of the people having a go at him on this thread have a similar SAFC supporting record this season ?

Can't see Sunderland playing Aberdeen in Europe in the near future but a nice try by the OP.
If we do, i'll be in my usual seat in the SOL and up at Pittodrie in the South Stand with the rest of the SAFC fans, no contest.

Funny side story, got a load of abuse last season from a couple of our more intelligent supporters outside the SS after our game with Man United for wearing an Aberdeen rain jacket.

Not going to trawl the whole thread, but I haven't met a single Scot who regards Sunderland and Newcastle folk as "English".
