Just seen the snicko of that glove down the leg side. Looks like the thumb was only just on the bat and the ball clipped the glove. Not a howler, but certainly the right decision in the end.
 

Have we ever had a team that were able to blow away the tail?

If they get 300-350 the our good work early doors will mean nothing. Ffs we had them 60-4 and 160odd for 6 at one point.

Given the start we had we should have been knocking them over for 250. I think if they get close to 350 we could be in trouble.
 
Why are we persisting with Stuart Broad over Steven Finn now that the tail is properly exposed? Fair enough he took the Steyn wicket, but surely some 90mph bullets from Finn would be more threatening, particularly to Morkel.
