good move not paying for them as all you're getting is a how too do drills and stuff. you'll sweat alot.

good luck with it, it will work (make you fitter and help lose weight) if thats what you're after. staying motivated is the key

What are the drills?
And what is your diet whilst on it?

Just finishing my fourth week, lost a stone so far. I also feel fitter, it's bloody hard though. It was probably harder for me because i'am so unfit. You will sweat bucket loads so have a towel handy, and good luck

got a copy to try, thought I'd try the fit test today before I get going on Monday just to give me an idea..

fuck me, sweat is absolutely hailing off me. Could barely do some of the exercises and wasn't getting many reps on any but jesus can I feel it.

Will do mate, it's 10 DVD's like but I'll sort it out asap..

One thing I'd say is you need a lot of space, there's a lot of jumping involved and I struggled to do some of the exercises properly due to lack of room.

Saying that, even if you struggle with some of the exercises the amount of sweat and how tiring it was means it''s got to be doing a lot of good.

Cheers mate. I can give you DVDs if required?

Could put them on a laptop and go in the back yard lol

Could anyone PM me a link to these on those "research sites" please? Just had a look and it's apparently £100 which I can't really afford at the moment. Thanks.

Just completed the fitness test. It is no exaggeration to say I am completely dripping in sweat. Found it difficult to do but managed to complete all the exercises without extra rests. Heart must have been going at full pelt all the way through the test.

f***ing hell it feels like I'm going to be dead for days.

Haway then, post up your scores. After about 10 of them press up things I just lay on the floor face down.
