dirty green mags

even for a Mag you're thick as mince.

Ba - an injury waiting to happen
Arfa - 4 game Superman. Laughable
Cabaye - unproven
Marveaux - see Cabaye
Barton - offski
Tiote - headless chicken with HOW MANY bookings last season?
Enrique - See Barton
Williamson - not up to PL
Simpson - See Williamson

He isn't a mag:confused:

Now tip your head in the other direction and try again, or are you permanently stuck with your ignorant biased rival-bitter slant?

Which bits are wrong?

Is Ba the player Stoke wouldn't sign because he failed a medical? Did Tony Pulis say he 'was too big a risk?'

Has Ben Arfa played a grand total of 4 games for you lot, being substituted once for be ineffectual?

Are Cabaye and Marveaux proven Premier League players?

Is Ashley actively trying to fuck Joey Barton off? Read his Twitter account before replying if you like.

Tiote - 14 bookings last season and dropped for the last 2 games to prevent him getting a 3 game ban at the start of this coming season?

Enrique - All the paper talk about Liverpool and Arsenal monitoring him lies is it?

Williamson and Simpson - the game is all about opinions but the facts are they've both been shunted around clubs kicking around the CCC/lower reaches of the PL for long enough to know they ain't up to it.

I don't have to be bitter about NUFC - the 'near glory' days are long gone and Ashley is doing a fantastic asset-stripping job on the carcass.

He isn't a mag:confused:

he's a WHED-a-like which makes the twat a Mag in my book.

I can 100% guarentee you'd love Tiote if he playeds for us, good player if a little rash.

Another clown setting himself up for a massive fall. Bookmarked.

Oh dear, ned_werby broke his neck putting that post out

Just admit that your post has an (purposeful) extremely negative slant in order to fulfill your goal?

Will pick you up on one point, just for the sake of it (will pick a hard one too). Demba Ba may have been rejected by Stoke City, but he then went on to net 7 in 12 games (think that is right). Stoke opted out of signing him because of the cost vs risk element, with Ba's former former club wanting quiet a substantial transfer fee. We have not had to factor the cost element in as much as Stoke because there is no transfer fee attached (silly hammers). Ergo, it is extremely astute business by the club, but only if we bring another striker in to cover for the somewhat high likelihood of Ba being unable to play through a full season.

So, it's not as clear cut as your extremely biased post(ing style) makes out.

Good. Fuck off.

I guarantee you you're talking through your arse. Sideways passer with a tackiling ability which makes Cattermole look like Bobby f***ing Moore. This place would be in uproar if we had that dirty liitle (unt.

Die hard fan :**)

Open your eyes.

Gardner is a young English midfielder who scored 10 goals in a relegated side.
He is relatively young and I get the impression from hearing him speak that he has a great desire to succeed.
You had a midfielder capable of scoring from midfield but let him go. I assume because of his age.
You should have looked at Gardner for £6m as his replacement. Yes you have signed a frenchman but it's a gamble and you know it is.
Connor Whickham for £8m ?
A no brainer. With abit of luck he could turn out to be the buy of the decade.
Lives for football and will only get better. Maybe England's number 9 for years to come.
You know it anyway and are green as the OP says.
Larsson a great deliver of the ball who gets it into the box quickly, a Swedish International and he cost nowt. Arsenal were in for him, give your dirty green head a shake.
Westwood, widely accepted as the best keeper outside the Premier. Eire's number one for years to come and he cost us nowt. Haway, it's great business.
Ji, yes a gamble, but for peanuts, a gamble worth taking. If he can emulate the other South Koreans in our league it will be a great bit of business, but hey you already know this.
On the flip side Cyril, I would have liked Demba Ba here. He is a gamble as you know. Fit he will do a job, keep your fingers crossed.

T-Bone i honestly admire your optimism on your new signings, however it is easy to look at things from two angles. Iv said that I think Gardner is a good signing and Wickham may go on to be, but in my opinion the rest are unproven or just not up for it. Thats my opinion as Im sure you have the same oppinion re cabaye and marveaux.

The highlighted bit prove that a lot of sunderland fans are desperate for us to be jealous of these signings more than what they are actually going to bring to your team and aspirations. After 20 odd years of suffering the mentioned jealousy yous are now desperate for us to feel a bit of what yous felt but I'm sorry these signings are not making myself or any mag I know green with envy.

If yous sign say n'zogbia or say o'shea i'll be the first to admit and say that its a good signing but i'm sorry the majority of signings thus far have not made me feel a twinge of jealousy.

Demba Ba - injury prone risk or not?

In general you seem to talk sense however regarding Tiote you're f***ing clueless.

Demba Ba - injury prone risk or not?

There is a risk, as with all players. It is heightened because of his past difficulties, but he completed the full half a season he got at West Ham and noises out of the club say that the 'problem' is manageable. Of course there is a risk that his knee could blow up on the first day of the season, but that risk has been managed well financially and should be managed further, in terms of our playing squad, with the arrival of two further attacking options that Pardew spoke of yesterday.

No i'm not - he's a f***ing liability who spends half the season the bench - open your f***ing eyes man.

So that's a 'yes'.

want to move on to any of the others?

'Open your eyes' how apt.

Tiote has discipline problems, but aside from that he was a revelation last season.

So ignorant

You doing this on purpose or are you genuinely unable to think about a balanced argument? If it's the later then there is no point continuing this.

Only 26 appearances last season

79 fouls (2nd highest in the PL), 14 bookings (average of 1 every 28 minutes), 1 goal, unknown assists, dropped for the last 2 games due to his woeful disciplinary record. Can't be relied on to perform each week. A sort of headless Malbranque.

Why rocky likes to blow smoke up his arse all the time baffles me.

So ignorant

So 'correct'

Nice to know you don;t want to be demolished on the remaining points.
