The third and final phase of the project to replace over 31,000 seats at the Stadium of Light is set to begin next week.
Over 20,000 seats have been replaced already and just over 10,000 remain to be done in the South and West Stands.
Next week is the last chance for fans to get involved and anyone wishing to come along and help the SAFC team can register their interest here (External link managed by SAFC).
Seat changing will start on 29th October, lasting 2 days with morning and afternoon sessions on both days. After the end of each shift, fans will be served complimentary refreshments in Quinn’s Sports Bar.
All participants must be 18 or over and have a basic level of technical ability to do the job.
