Our first match in the Checkatrade Trophy is at home to Stoke City.
Jack Ross’ first-team will welcome the Stoke under 23 side to the Stadium of Light on Tuesday 04 September, at 7.45pm.
Tickets for the game will go on sale from 9am on Wednesday 22 August, priced at just £3 for adults and £1 for over 65s and under 16s.
A Black Cat point will be allocated to season card holders who purchase tickets before 5pm on Monday 3 September.
Supporters are advised that tickets will be sold for the west stand area only for this fixture, unless high demand necessitates opening additional area of the stadium
We are in Group A and will then face Carlisle United at the Stadium of Light a month later, on Tuesday 9 October, kick-off 7.45pm. We will finish away at Morecambe on Tuesday 13 November, kick-off 7.45pm.
From there, the top two sides from each group in the north and south section will advance through to the knockout stages.
