Sunderland supporters wishing to obtain a refund for costs incurred by the late change of the Swansea fixture are being advised that the deadline to apply is 5pm, Friday 08 January, 2016.
Fans who purchased match tickets before the game was moved should apply directly to Swansea City to claim a refund for any unrecoverable travel costs – further details of which are listed below.
Match ticket refunds are being facilitated by the Sunderland AFC ticket office, however tickets already purchased are valid for the re-arranged date.
Tickets for the Swansea game have been subsidised by £10 each by Sunderland AFC and are priced at £25 for adults and £7.50 for supporters aged over 65 and under 16, and full-time students.
Supporters can submit their request for refunds for any unrecoverable costs in writing, with all supporting documents, personal contact information (including email and telephone number) and relevant receipts by 5pm on Friday 08 January, to:
