Current season card holders should now have received their season card renewal packs.
Supporters are asked to carefully read the information contained within their individual pack as the renewal process is not the same for all season card holders.
Information on how to renewal is clearly detailed in the pack. The season card seats of some supporters will be renewed automatically and they do not need to do anything, but this is not the case for everyone. Individuals are asked to ensure that they check their bespoke pack to see what action they need to take.
Some supporters who pay by direct debit will have their season card automatically renewed using the same payment method, other will need to re-apply and complete the direct debit form enclosed in the pack. Anyone who has changed bank account details or address must also advise the ticket office immediately.
Supporters wishing to enrol on the home cup scheme for 2015-16, which automatically enables your season card for every cup fixture at the Stadium of Light, must fill out the application form enclosed in the renewal pack, even if they are currently signed up to the scheme.
