Who will be Liverpool’s next Manager?

May 17, 2012 by rtg

With Kenny Daglish losing his job punters are anticipating who will take the reins at Anfield. Roberto Martinez has been linked to the job and the Wigan manager can be backed at 2/1 to be next Permanent boss at Anfield.

One man who would relish at the prospect of King Kenny stepping down is Rafa Benitez. The ex-Liverpool boss has made no secret of his desire to return to the club and punters have shown interest in him reclaiming the position at 11/4.

Other names thrown into the ring include Steve Clarke and Andre Villas-Boas, who have both been installed at 8/1 to takeover at Anfield.

“There is a lot of speculation going around that Daglish will be sacked after Liverpool had one of their worst seasons ever. Martinez is the one punters have been backing so far but we expect this market to be extremely volatile over the coming days”, commented Nicola McGeady, Boylesports PR Spokesperson.
