The club have today confirmed that one of the Red Hot Chili Peppers two UK gigs next year will be at the Stadium of Light on 24th June 2012 (their other appearance being at Knebworth).
Tickets go on sale from 9am on Friday 4th November, with a limited number being available from the ticket office in person only. These are general admission tickets for standing and unreserved seating areas and cost £45.
Tickets will also be available from seetickets and ticketmaster from the same time.
