Drumaville have today completed their takeover of SAFC.
The Consortium have just failed to get the 90% of the shares they were seeking to enable them to compulsory purchase the remaining 10%, but have waived the 90% condition which means that all those who have accepted the offer will now have their shares purchased and Drumaville will become the majority shareholder in the club.
The offer remains open and as Drumaville have already received acceptances for over 89% of the shares they look set to pass the 90% barrier resulting in total control in the near future.
