Stephen Elliott yesterday had an operation on the ankle injury that has kept him out for the last 6 weeks.
Investigation had revealed that there was damage to the medial ligament in his ankle. This follows on from a spate of back, hamstring and achilles injuries that kept him out for most of our Premiership Season.
Elliott is expected to stage a full recovery before the players return from their end of season break.
