Radio Newcastle are broadcasting a footy v rugby quiz on boxing day.
It’s going to be broadcast at 5.45 PM after the phone in. Simon Pryde is the quiz master (doing a fine Sue Barker style job he tells us)
The Quiz features a football team (Steve Harper as well as Caldwell plus guest Jonathan Edwards) against a rugby union team (Dave Walder and Stuart Grimes from the Newcastle Falcons plus guest Simon Leach from the Vipers’ ice hockey team).
It’s quite light-hearted, yet competitive and SAFC feature in the “What Happened Next Round” as well as elsewhere!
