Radio Newcastle are trying to add to the number of Sunderland supporters on their Fans Forums on BBC Radio Newcastle.
People have the chance to have their say about matters between 8pm and 9pm on Wednesdays in the Sportsnight show.
Radio Newcastle have also extended their Football Heaven Show on a Saturday til 6.30pm, after Nick Barnes and Gary Bennett’s commentary Simon Pryde is also taking calls in the studio from supporters.
If anyone is interested in joining the forum Martin Emmerson would like to hear from you.
It would mean going to the studio for a footy debate on the occasional Wednesday night during the season and perhaps the odd phone piece after a match on a weekend.

In Martin’s words : “As for the name “Radio Newcastle” I am afraid that is a political animal that we at the station have no say about. However we were there signing a new contract with Sunderland this season to make sure we had full commentary of every Sunderland game once again. Other radio stations didn’t want to bother.”
