Mick in for horses’ keeper?

May 27, 2005 by rtg

Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle has confirmed he’s received an approach for goalie Kelvin Davis.

Davis, 28, was voted Players’ Player of the Season at Ipswich after a string of impressive performances this season, and is a former England U21 international.

Royle said, “We’ve had an enquiry about Kelvin and I can confirm that there is a serious interest from Sunderland.”
