Hot on the heels of news that Steven Elliott has withdrawn from the Irish U21 squad for this Friday evening’s match against Troyes, comes news that Sean Thornton has also withdrawn from the squad.
Thornton’s place in the squad will be taken by Stephen Dawson of Leicester City FC.
