Sunderland AFC today confirmed that on-loan Leeds United striker Simon Johnson is to remain with the Black Cats for a further month.
Johnson initially joined Sunderland on a one-month loan which was due to end this week.
The player scored two of the Reserves’ four goal tally against Everton earlier this week.
