All tickets in the club’s original allocation of 31,500 have now been SOLD OUT.
This does mean that some supporters will be unsuccessful in their bid to obtain tickets, and some season ticket holders will not receive further tickets.
At present, the club has NOT been informed that there is any likelihood of a further allocation of tickets from the Football Association.
The club is currently in the process of distributing all FA Cup Semi-Final tickets and is respectfully requesting that supporters DO NOT contact the ticket office to enquire about their application as this considerably slows the process for everyone.
WHEN FANS SHOULD EXPECT TO RECEIVE TICKETS
All tickets have now been dispatched. All season tickets holders that applied using voucher 27 within the stated deadline should now have received their tickets by post.
In the event any season ticket holder has NOT received their guaranteed one ticket, they should contact the ticket office immediately.
This ONLY applies to season ticket holders and those using voucher 27 and not for additional applications using voucher 28.
Supporters who have applied through either:
· the three game ballot
· the general sale ballot
· the season ticket holder additional tickets scheme using voucher 28
Supporters in these categories should receive their tickets by WEDNESDAY 31 MARCH.
Supporters that do NOT receive tickets by this date can assume that their application has been unsuccessful and their application has been destroyed by secure means.
The ticket office continues to be extremely busy and is therefore unable to enter into discussions about unsuccessful applications or the price of tickets allocated.
