Sunderland Football Club would like to advise all supporters travelling
to the FA Cup 6th round tie against Sheffield United on Sunday 7th March
2004, that the Metro transport system will be subject to industrial
action on this day.
There will be no Metro trams running from Newcastle Central Station to
Sunderland after 1:15pm, however Arriva main-line trains will continue
to operate every 30 minutes to and from Sunderland Station.
Supporters are advised to allow extra time for their journey.
