Why Did He Do It?

October 30, 2003 by rtg

Find out on Tuesday November 4th from 6.00pm onwards on Radio Newcastle (95.4FM) as author P D Han talks about his book Why Do I Do It?, SAFC, the Internet, the bitterness, the ordinary human being following a dream, fighting life, and supporting by far the greatest team the world has ever seen … Sunderland AFC.

So far the book has been applauded for its variety, slated for its vanity, and mis-interpreted referring to stories relating to sleeping rough in train stations, breaking down on the way to games, and bragging about wealth. Unfortunately the book does not discuss any such issues, no rough sleeping, no breakdowns, and if anything the author willing admits to being anything but minted.

So why did he write the book?

What prompted it?

Why does he retain such hurt and disillusionment about SAFC?

What does he think the future holds?

This any many more questions to be answered on air.

So, tune in and laugh, cry, or get annoyed 😉

Why Do I Do It? (an ideal Xmas present?) is available from Hills Bookshop, ALS, Ottakars, Amazon.co.uk, WhyDoIDoIt.co.uk, and hopefully soon to be available from W H Smith, SAFSA Shop, and other local bookstores.
