Made it worse today as I got to the ground and realised I forgot my pain killers.
Best part of the day though was Jan Aage Fjortoft came back to his home.
On the pitch before the game and took a penalty and scored.
Done his aeroplane celebration and rolled back the years.......giving it the Jan Aage chant and then realised can't even shout without the back in pain.

Drove down to Newark last night to see my favourite Uncle.
Went to Nuneaton vs Woking today.
Woking drew, everyone else in the playoff hunt won. Season over.
Back in Newark now.
Have to be up at sodding 7am tomorrow morning to drive back to DH5 for half ten at the latest.
