mine has as well, just a blue light on the box been on hold for 10 minutes

Happened to me for the first time the other week, was back on overnight so not sure how long it was off for.

I'm tempted to get rid of the TV when my contract is up in October.

When I rang she said they wouldn't even look at it unless they had five reports.

Offered me an engineer visit on Thursday, I called on the Sunday!

Luckily it came back on overnight.

My TiVo has went even slower since they updated it, crap them boxes like but it records and is relatively cheap. Still the best internet though

Mine has gone slow too after the update. They said they are working on a fix but you might need to call them for a new update.
