Why do clubs sometimes choose not to disclose the fee they paid for a player? What is the point? Can anyone enlighten me?
How would you like it to be known that you were sold for a catapult, a curly wurly and a bag of midget gems? Why do clubs sometimes choose not to disclose the fee they paid for a player? What is the point? Can anyone enlighten me?
It was an expampleI think Chelsea might have a bit of trouble pretending they were skint at all, mind
Yes but you do realise the so-called original Piston was really a mackem on a windup? He's not piston for me. There was a mackem/Geordie debate the other day and he was no where to be seen.
Nah not having that mindYes but you do realise the so-called original Piston was really a mackem on a windup?
Because it's nobody's business but the parties involved. Do you gan broadcasting what you've spent on things down the highstreet? Why do clubs sometimes choose not to disclose the fee they paid for a player? What is the point? Can anyone enlighten me?
Doesn't it have to be reported, or ncluded in financial reports/figures anyway? No one would benefit from the fee being announced. Selling club, buying club or player...

Hence fees like £28.6m for RamosLike @kick in the quinn said it's most tactical, either to not disclose a big loss or not to show that a team has plenty of money to splash around.
Alot of modern Transfers are quote complicated aswell, broken up into many installments and pending certain requirements being met.
It's annoying as fuck like PW I'm with you there.
As a fan it's nice to be able to discuss whether players have been a good signing or not but if you could have paid £200k or £20m for someone how do you know?
