If the bet is is on a minimum number of cards in the game, getting a card early om is pretty dumb. Better to let the game unfold and get one late on if only one is needed

You can bet on a certain player to get carded, like himself for example.

As pointed out numerous times the betting activity that this relates to took place before he was investigated/the first ban was imposed. You don't really seem to understand what's happened here.

Correct it was the Italian FA's investigation last year, now it is the UK investigation covering the period after he moved to Newcastle. But the point is he hasn't been betting since he was originally charged, so saying "he didn't learn after the first ban" makes zero sense.
