Style of play. I see Hughes as more of a pragmatist. He went into Fulham, for example, and had them playing in the way Hodgson had previously. As Hodgson was getting the best out of the players there, this was undoubtedly the right thing to do. With our bunch of players, I reckon he'd be able to organise and galvanise them and find a consistent footballing philosophy for them. O'Neill, from what I remember anyway, likes to play quick counter attacking football. Do we have the players to do that? I'm absolutely buzzing that it looks like he's coming here, and can't quite believe it if I'm honest, but when I turn my brain on, this is the one nagging doubt for me, particularly if there is no money to spend.
