...could be summed up by some of the threads on this board. Had the mags been going down the pan under an inept gaffer, fired him and appointed Martin O'Neill, they would have been unbelievably full of it. They would, on the whole (and I accept all teams have different sorts of supporters), have been incredibly upbeat, proclaimed him a messiah and have been spouting off about what they were going to achieve under him etc etc. Whereas many SAFC fans seem to be looking for negatives already or are shit scared about it going wrong before he's been in charge one game. I know we've seen some shit in the past, but FFS, if it goes wrong, it goes wrong and we pick up the pieces, as we always do. Just have a bit of faith in a guy whose track record is superb and believe for fucking once. This guy hasn't failed at any club he has been at, so why now? Rant over. P.S. and no, I'm not a mag. Check my posting history and if in doubt, Nick666 will confirm.
