Anyone ever beaten the bailiff? Seems to me its a licence to print money!
I predict Rivera will have his fair share of stories with the great man himself coming out on top in all them
just dont let them in
unless they are appointed by the court (council tax arrears) they have no juice whatsoever
Most of my stories are self deprecating and intended to give people a laugh at my expense.
You could do with lightening up a bit tbh, you seem to have decided I'm a terrible man and a bigheed which couldn't be more wrong ........... in truth, you know nowt about me and you're becoming a bit tedious.
If you're intent on stalking me at least try to make it humourous ffs
Haway mate, you must have had a few ding dongs with them at some point. I know haven't. Had an altercation with a clamper though a few years back.
I worked as a repo-man for a company called Raleigh Finance who specialised in motorbike loans. I'd have to go to repo bikes from professional scumbags who'd never make a payment.
There's two sides to every story. I only saw the trailer of the programme, last night, but it would be just as easy, I reckon, to make one about the debtors being just as bad.
On the ballifs series they basically thought they were the dogs bollocks. Then tried to get money in a Turkish chip shop in north london. They got ran off by the brothers who owned the place. The bloke headbutted the ballif who ran. On the street he phoned the police and to the camera 'we had to withdraw otherwise there would have been a fight' - yep the ballifs getting kicked to fuck
Ive met over 20 and there all the same, bullies
where angels fear to tread
Need a loan marra
No,, I met them through business
the system that finance companies follow is.
give you credit, you pay your bills they give you more than you need, then phone you and hound you to take more and more, until you can't afford it any more then they kick off, threaten you and bully you, until it takes all the pleasure out of life.
drug dealers, sell you drugs, then give you some on tick and when you can't pay, kick off and bully you, go to the police and you are the victim the drug dealer is the criminal, so what's the difference between the two?
I usually agree with you LP but, in this case, it's difficult to see your point of view.
Spend within your means and life's a doddle, you'll never see a bailiff.
If you do get a problem speak to the company, they'll usually listen ........ what causes many problems is when people ignore the many letters and hide away.
I don't don't know that drug addicts are in the 'habit' of going to the police.
Besides, taking drugs and owing lunatics money is suicide and I have zero sympathy.
I've seen people laughing and boasting about 'my dealer' as if they're cuddly little cartoon characters, and everyone's in it together, unti it goes wrong and they get a 'house-call'.
Just fucking daft some folk.
i agree we all have the choice to be sensible or not, and i hate how easy it is to go bankrupt or not pay honest people the money you owe them, but some credit companies are pure predators.
He had a hard childhood in the north of England you know, life was difficult......
Whose wasn't ??
They tried it on with us once giving it the big 'un.Just tell them to go and get f**ked.Worked a treat.
I once sent ballifs a letter who had been threatening to come round (they had no court order) telling them they were not to come on my property and if they did trespass a local security firm would attend to escort them off the premises (knew 2 lads nearby who were licensed bouncers), never heard from the twats again. Turned out the gas company who set them on me owed me 57p in the end. Never got it, maybe I should send the ballifs round there
The fat cunt stalks me anarl marra
Chill out ffs man, only having a bit fun
