Hi fowks, here are some astro pics from my recent hols in France. We decided to head south for this year's holiday as we were getting a bit sick of the crap weather (and in my case, the light evenings) in the UK. Weather was a bit hit and miss but there were some nice skies on or around local midnight (2.30am) and I got a good selection of shots over the fortnight. I had recently invested in a new toy, the Astrotrac TT320X which means I can track the stars using my photographic tripod and didn't have to lug a heavy telescope mount over there. Hope you like em.
