Slimer

Saw the new one on Saturday. It isn’t a “pile of shite”. It is however, a little over-long and loses its way in the middle a bit, doing a bit box-ticking and trying to tell too many side stories at the same time. A good finish though apart from a continuity issue - any one else spot it?
The fireman’s pole??

There was no considering about it. Dan Ackroyd was his best mate and told Belushi who was in LA to come back to Martha’s Vinyard as he was writing a new film (Ghostbusters).

On that LA trip Belushi took the speedball that killed him and Bill Murray ended up with the role.

Belushi would have made a shit Venkman like
It was called Ghost Blasters while he was writing it.

I met Dan Ackyroyd in 2009 while he was shopping with his Dad. Told him he was great in Groundhog Day...not sure he got the joke.

His dad was brilliant. Really proud of his son and the fact I wanted to speak to them.

DA was very hopeful that he may get a comission for a new Ghost Buster film even then.

I’d watched the new roadhouse the day before and would happily sit through that again than watch that again

Belushi's trip only went as far as the Chateau Marmont.

As far as his Venkman performance goes he would have been somewhat different to Murray's but not necessarily shit.

Imagine thinking anyone "gets back" from reading a thread

In his haste to be funny (due to the on going rattled obsession) the berk hasn't thought that one through
