He's only scored 7 goals in his full career though.

I said I'd like to see Bridcutt start but after watching their 'keeper last night I'd maybe put Gomez in instead and allow him to freedom to shoot as often as he can.

Great point. Tiote and sissoko will be in the middle of the park. Plus colback and his tenacity.

Definitely Rodwell for me

He makes snide comments about posters all the time then doesn't reply when questioned.

I'd go:

Bridcutt
Larsson Cattermole

like others suggested. Bridcutt can sit whilst the other two press high. I don't think that Rodwell should be thrown in. Although @James makes a good point. If we can find space for Gomez he does have a decent shot and he may be able to test Alnwick.

I was favouring Rodwell (or Bridcutt actually) but now think Gomez shooting might be invaluable
